Mario888 Terms & Conditions – Rights & Responsibilities and Malaysian Platform Regulations

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mario888" / "Platform" / "We" – refers to the mario888 website and all services provided through the mario888.ws domain, including associated mobile applications.
• "Player" / "Member" / "You" – refers to any individual who has registered for or is using mario888's services.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account registered by a player on the mario888 platform.
• "Bet" – refers to any wagering activity conducted by a player through the mario888 platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and virtual sports.
• "Account Balance" – refers to the cash balance in your mario888 account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus" – refers to bonus credits, rebates, promotional offers, or any other incentive granted by mario888 to its members.
• "KYC" – (Know Your Customer) the identity verification process required by mario888 prior to processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

To register and use mario888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are 18 years and above. mario888 takes the protection of minors seriously and does not permit any individual under the legal age to use this platform under any circumstances.
• You are an individual playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not acting as an agent, broker, or representative of any third party.
• You fully understand that betting involves financial risk and that you are wagering with your own funds, losses from which you are able to bear.
• You are not subject to bankruptcy protection or any insolvency proceedings.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) mario888 account only. Multi-account registration is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. Any duplicate accounts detected will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

By registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. mario888 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the player.

• Your mario888 account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the mario888 support team.
• Mario888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 until the balance reaches zero, provided prior notice has been given.

Mario888 offers a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed through secure, protected channels.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM30,000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits available for mario888 VIP members.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit or to a method verified in your name. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
• Mario888 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents (a copy of your MyKad or passport) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or in cases where fraud is suspected.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds that have not met the bonus rollover requirements will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.

Mario888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward our members' loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all mario888 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has its rollover requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover is typically between 5x and 20x depending on the type of bonus.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new player. Any attempt to claim new bonuses using different information will be considered fraudulent.
• Mario888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.

• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting or strategies designed solely to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk, will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

All bets placed on the mario888 platform are subject to the following general rules, which apply across all game categories:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the mario888 system are final and non-reversible except where expressly stated otherwise in the relevant game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption while a bet is being processed, mario888 reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the stake to the player.
• Mario888 reserves the right to void or amend odds accepted as a result of an obvious error in odds setting. Affected players will be notified and stake money will be refunded.
• For football, cricket, and other Sports Betting – the specific rules of each sport apply, including rules on interrupted matches, pending bets, and official results.
• Betting involving insider information or knowledge not available to the general public is strictly prohibited on mario888.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are stated for each market. mario888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for specific accounts based on risk profile.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mario888 platform and will result in serious disciplinary action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple account ownership – registering more than one account using the same or different information.
• Identity fraud – using another person's name, documents, or information to register or verify a mario888 account.
• Money laundering – using the mario888 platform as a channel to conceal or convert illegally obtained funds.
• Use of automated software – using bots, scripts, or automated software to exploit the mario888 platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion – colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit mario888 promotions.
• Bonus Abuse – using multiple accounts or unauthorised methods to claim mario888 bonuses beyond the permitted entitlement.
• Excessive arbitrage betting – a betting strategy specifically designed to generate risk-free profit by exploiting differences in mario888's odds.

Mario888 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any player under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Activities suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• The player wishes to voluntarily close their account for personal reasons, including self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, mario888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. For voluntary closures or closures for reasons not involving fraud, any valid cash balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the review.

Mario888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from losing bets – betting is a risk-based activity and players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions arising from technical issues, system maintenance, or factors beyond mario888's control, such as internet outages and third-party server problems.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your own negligence, such as sharing your password.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.

Mario888's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by the player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

These mario888 Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the mario888 platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
